Place an Order
- Place your order by calling our office at 866-392-2363, Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
- Place an order online by registering and setting up an account on our website.
- You will receive an emailed confirmation once your online order has been placed. All online orders are processed in our office by one of our staff members.
- For orders over the phone, if you provide us with an email address, you will receive a copy of the invoice once we process your order.
- Please call our office, 866-392-2363, immediately, or before 3:00PM EST, if there are any errors. All orders are processed and shipped the same day.

Free products are only available with your FIRST TIME ORDER of either OCD® Pellets or COS® Pellets and one free item PER HOUSEHOLD please. You will have the option to add your free product IN YOUR CART by clicking on the "free offer" BUTTON on the right hand side.
Please be advised that all orders are processed in the Doc's Products Inc. office by a representative and every order is monitored very closely for eligibility. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact the office at (866) 392-2363 and a representative will be pleased to assist you.
Doc’s Products,Inc. reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to ship the order without the free product to those who attempt to exceed or circumvent any applicable first time order and one per household limits of OCD® Pellets and COS® Pellet offers. In the event your order is changed you will receive an updated invoice via e-mail. Doc’s Products, Inc. will not be responsible for any unread or undeliverable e-mail notifications.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Please make sure your billing address matches the billing address where you receive your credit card statement. If the billing addresses DO NOT match, for security reasons, we will not be able to process your order.
We also accept ACH (Automatic Clearing House) payments. This is an electronic network for financial transactions in the United States. Once you place an ACH order, please allow four business days for your payment to process. Once we are able to verify receipt of your payment, your order will be processed and shipped.
We no longer accept money orders.
To recover your password, please go the login page and click on “Forgot Password”. Enter your username used for registration. Your account information will be emailed to you. Please keep in mind we do not have access to your password. The only way to retrieve your password is to fill out the form. We do have access to your username and email address. If you do not remember the email address or your user name, please call the office at 866-392-2363.
