We currently ship anywhere in the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada.  We do not offer International Shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements. This does not include Canada and U.S. Territories.

All orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship within 24 hours. 

Shipping Charges

We ship all orders by USPS and UPS Ground. The shipping cost to deliver is the amount we are charged by these carriers.

Please be sure the shipping address is entered correctly when ordering. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect address on the order.

There is a service charge for any change to your shipping address, or canceled order, after it has left our warehouse.

UPS makes three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $1300 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. The UPS driver may require a signature if the package is delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex, or if the driver feels there isnít a safe place to leave the package at the delivery address. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

You will be charged the return shipping cost for any order that is returned to us after three delivery attempts.

Expedited Shipping

If you would like your order to arrive sooner than estimated, please call our office at 866-392-2363, and one of our customer service representatives will give you other available options.  Please remember that shipping prices will be higher when expediting your order.

Order Tracking

If we have your email address on file, you will receive tracking information by email from UPS.  You can also call our office at 866-392-2363, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

For packages not received after 7 days from the shipping date, please call our office at 866-392-2363 to file a claim, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.  Please request all claims within 30 days of the shipment.
