All re-orders (not 1st time order), for a limited time only, will receive free shipping in the continental United States. Outside the continental US, orders will receive half-price shipping. (not applicable to veterinarian orders or 1st time orders with free products)

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, and U.S. Territories. We do not offer International Shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders are processed and shipped from 9am to 3pm EST Monday to Friday.

Shipping Charges

We ship all orders by USPS and UPS Ground.

Please be sure the shipping address is entered correctly when ordering. We will not be responsible if your order is delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect address on the order.

There is a service charge for any change to your shipping address, or canceled order, after it has left our warehouse.

UPS makes three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $1300 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. The UPS driver may require a signature if the package is delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex, or if the driver feels there isn’t a safe place to leave the package at the delivery address. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

You will be charged the return shipping cost for any order that is returned to us after three delivery attempts.

Expedited Shipping

If you would like your order to arrive sooner than estimated, please call our office at 866-392-2363, and one of our customer service representatives will give you available options.  Please remember that shipping prices will be higher when expediting your order.

Order Tracking

If we have your email address on file, you will receive tracking information by email from UPS & USPS.  You can also call our office at 866-392-2363, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

For packages not received after 7 days from the shipping date, please call our office at 866-392-2363 to file a claim, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.  Please request all claims within 30 days of the shipment.
